Zone Entry Form Now Available

The Centre entry form for Zone Championships is now available for download. When you request a print from the Excel version you will be asked for the closing date for Zone entries at your Centre. The resulting print will consist of the Entry Form, containing the closing date you nominate, and an Event Listing. The Adobe version is intended for use by Centres that do not have Excel. After printing the Entry Form and Event Listing the closing date for Zone entries at your Centre must be hand written on the sheets.
The 2011-2012 Zone Championships will be hosted by the Lake Illawarra Centre. The Championships will be held at Myimbarr Community Park, Wattle Road, Flinders, on the 10th and 11th of December 2011. Entries close at midnight on Sunday 27th November 2011.
