The 2018 - 2019 Mid South Coast Zone Championships were hosted by the St Georges Basin Centre at Sanctuary Point Oval, Sanctuary Point, on the 1st & 2nd of December 2018.
Approximately two hundred and fifty (250) athletes competed at the Championships with nine (9) Zone records broken and four (4) new records set due to changes in implement weights.
